Madeline Hotel and Residences

Telluride, CO

Wedding Videography at Madeline Hotel and Residences

Madeline Hotel and Residences is an Auberge Resort perched above the town of Telluride, Colorado, where the San Juan Mountains form a box canyon of almost theatrical proportions around the valley below. The hotel's position at the base of the ski mountain gives it views of some of the most dramatic alpine terrain in North America, with sheer rock faces, cascading waterfalls, and the deep blue of Colorado sky at altitude defining the visual environment in every direction. For wedding cinematography, Telluride's mountain setting is simply extraordinary, and Madeline Hotel and Residences places celebrations at its very center.

The hotel's design draws from the mining heritage and Victorian architecture of historic Telluride while delivering contemporary Auberge luxury throughout. This layering of history and refinement gives interior wedding film coverage warmth and character that purpose-built resort spaces rarely achieve, while the outdoor terraces and mountain-facing ceremony spaces provide backdrops that communicate the full scale and drama of the San Juan range. At this elevation, light arrives with an intensity and clarity that lower-altitude venues cannot replicate, giving outdoor footage a crispness and color saturation that is distinctly and memorably alpine.

Telluride is itself a destination, a remote mountain town that guests travel to with intention and depart from changed by the experience. That quality of genuine pilgrimage gives a Madeline Hotel and Residences wedding film a weight and meaning that extends far beyond the day itself. Film House Weddings is a huge fan of Madeline Hotel and Residences and would be honored to capture your celebration here in the San Juan Mountains.

What makes Madeline Hotel and Residences special for wedding film?

Madeline Hotel and Residences sits above Telluride in a San Juan Mountain box canyon where sheer rock faces, cascading waterfalls, and deep blue Colorado sky at altitude define the visual environment in every direction. High-altitude light arrives with exceptional intensity and clarity, giving outdoor wedding cinematography a crispness and color saturation that is distinctly alpine. How much does a luxury wedding videographer cost at Madeline Hotel and Residences?

Every Film House Weddings package is custom built for the couple, the venue, and the wedding day. Reach out through our Connect page and we will build a proposal tailored to your wedding.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend 9 to 18 months for peak season (May through October).

What is included in a wedding film package?

We build a custom package for every couple based on your vision and your wedding day. Typically, every client receives a 5 to 7 minute cinematic wedding film and a reel. Our team works directly with your planner and photographer to ensure seamless coverage from getting ready through the last dance.

Do you work with our photographer and wedding planner?

Absolutely. Coordination with your vendor team is a core part of our process. We work directly with your planner and photographer before and during the wedding day to make sure everyone is in sync and no moment is missed.

Do you offer drone videography?

Yes. Drone coverage is available as an add-on, coordinated with local airspace rules and any venue restrictions.

How long until we receive our wedding film?

Delivery timelines are discussed during the proposal stage and depend on the season and edit scope. Expedited delivery is available if you need your film sooner. Let us know during the booking conversation and we will build a timeline that works for you. Final films are delivered digitally via a private link.

Do you provide raw footage?

Raw footage is available on request as an add-on. Most couples do not request it, since our edited cinematic film, reel, and optional full ceremony and speeches edit capture everything that matters. If raw footage is important to you, let us know during the proposal conversation and we will include it in your custom package.

Will you provide a second shooter?

Our standard package is filmed by a two-person team. Additional shooters are available as an add-on.
